The Volkswagen Amarok hardtop is made of 3 mm thick aluminum and has a self-supporting structure. Its top surface and strong corner supports provide a stable base for mounting roof racks or awnings, which is often not possible with composite structures due to their lack of strength.
To facilitate the installation of roof racks or awnings, the box body is equipped with rails with mounting holes that allow you to adjust the position up and down using screw elements.
The booth of the body is equipped with three flaps, each of which rises with the help of electric drives and has locks with a key.
In addition, the design is equipped with a number of flange seals that provide protection against splashes, and the place where the cabin connects to the car body is additionally sealed with 2 mm microrubber.
The booth is attached to the side of the body of the Volkswagen Amarok using clamps (included in the kit) without the need to drill holes in the car body.
The product is painted in two layers using the powder coating technique.
