Their flawless operation, long life, and superior electrical parameters are achieved through the use of thicker plates manufactured using 3Dx technology, an innovative charging method, and the use of modern carbon additives. In response to dynamically changing market conditions and drivers' growing expectations regarding battery performance, the Design and Technology Department of ZAP Sznajder Batterien SA has developed the new START-STOP Carbon EFB battery series.
The key features of the START-STOP Carbon EFB battery are:
specially developed mesh plate structure (3Dx)
High corrosion resistance is achieved through a special plastic lead strip molding technology, namely: 6 rolling cycles and 7 calibration stages.
Excellent charge retention thanks to the use of graphite additives, significantly improving partial charge and deep discharge performance compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.
Extended service life thanks to innovative additive technology that improves paste adhesion to the electrode material.
