How to Test a Vehicle Socket:
Plug the tester into the vehicle’s socket
Activate the desired function (e.g. brake light)
The corresponding LED should light up
If the LED does not light up, the wiring may be faulty
How to Test a Trailer Plug:
Connect the trailer plug to the tester
Press the yellow test button
Red LED indicates a working circuit
No LED means faulty wiring or a blown bulb
