It is with a very high molecular weight material that offers maximum strength combined with minimum weight:
* maximum strength in relation to weight.
* very good abrasion resistance.

* low tensile properties.
* limited heat resistance (melting point 150 ° C).
* maximum working temperature 70 ° C.

The low elongation of the cable is very beneficial in cases where the space for movement is limited, where the possible dynamic force resulting from stretching can be very dangerous, for example, for winches, tugs and for mooring vessels with heavy equipment.
HMPE fiber ropes are especially recommended where light weight and ease of handling are of great importance, as well as in water transport for quick and safe mooring and towing.
The offered synthetic ropes are made according to the technology of twelve-element strands - 12 strands.

CONSTRUCTION - the rope is woven from 12 elements, 6 of which are intertwined clockwise and 6 counterclockwise. This prevents twisting of the rope, which is a very important advantage in use. A special machine with 12 spools of HMPE synthetic fibers is used for the production of the rope.
