The TPM35-4017 three-axle construction trailer combines robust design and precision engineering. It provides safe and comfortable transportation of light equipment and construction machinery. It is designed for professionals involved in repair, finishing, and all types of construction work who value the reliability and ease of operation of a trailer.
These three-axle trailers for transporting construction equipment are robust, vehicle-type trailers equipped with LED lighting, parking and idle brakes, a toolbox, and a robust, full-length ramp as standard. They are ideal for transporting small rollers, mini-excavators, and other equipment.
The TPM35-4017 is classified as a specialized trailer thanks to its additional axle. Compared to two-axle models, the weight is distributed more evenly, improving stability and safety during operation.
Both the frame and drawbar are constructed of a durable, closed section, further reinforced at the bottom with cross braces. The trailer is protected from corrosion by a hot-dip galvanizing and passivation process. This process involves applying chromate layers to the zinc layers, which, when oxidized in contact with air, create an additional protective chromium oxide coating. All these elements contribute to its durability and strength.
Loading is accomplished using a full-length ramp, the surface of which is made of pressed elements and a central plate made of corrugated aluminum sheet. The lower part of the ramp has a stable support that prevents it from sinking into loose soil, and a guard prevents it from detaching from the coupling during loading. This, along with the low inclination angle, makes loading vehicles or equipment trouble-free. Three ramp options are available for each model:
- Full-length ramp with aluminum plate (easy loading, but increased air resistance),
- Two separate ramps with an additional side wall between them (reduces weight and reduces air resistance),
- Folding ramp with aluminum filler (easy loading, moderate air resistance).
The three-axle TPM35-4017 trailer has stepped sidewalls of varying heights – 150 mm at the front and 270 mm at the rear. The rear step also serves as a step and fender, supporting a maximum load of 120 kg. The construction trailer's loading platform is approximately 1.8 m wide and over 4 m long. Attachment points for securing straps are located on the inside of the vehicle – four on each side. This arrangement increases working space and facilitates load securing.
The standard configuration of the construction equipment trailer includes a folding support wheel, designed for vehicles transporting heavy and oversized loads. It functions similarly to a traditional wheel, but folds flat when fully turned. The TPM35-4017 model has a non-slip, waterproof plywood floor, but can be optionally equipped with a corrugated aluminum floor. The front of the construction trailer features a spacious lockable compartment for storing items such as a spare tire, belts, or tools. The trailer also comes standard with LED taillights.
The heavy-duty trailer can be additionally equipped with:
A spare tire with a mounting bracket – ensuring a quick response in the event of a breakdown.
Shock absorbers with a mounting bracket – improving ride comfort by reducing vibration and impact on uneven roads.
