A lightweight and easy-to-use trailer is the perfect solution for all lovers of two-wheeled vehicles. A specialized single-axle trailer for transporting motorcycles, with a load capacity of 580 kg. Its design is based on a stable frame resting on transverse reinforcement, to which the drawbar is welded. The trailer frame is protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing with passivation, which makes it more resistant to mechanical damage. It is powder-coated in black, which gives it an elegant and modern look.
The MT-1 trailer is equipped with an easy-to-use mechanism for lifting and lowering the platform. A wheel mount is installed in the front part of the motorcycle trailer, which allows you to securely fasten the motorcycle. When designing the trailer, we also took into account the ease of its storage. Since the trailer consists of two moving parts (HALF-FOLD system), it can be easily folded in half, which makes it easier to store the trailer when not in use. Thus, it will take up much less space in the garage. The trailer folded in half has dimensions of 2325 x 1710 x 650 mm. The technical solutions used in the motorcycle trailer are protected by a patent.
The MT-1 motorcycle trailer has a LED lighting as standard. Its floor is made of corrugated aluminum sheets. The trailer has holders for attaching transport belts and wedges for locking the wheels. Additionally, it can be equipped with alloy wheels, a spare wheel, a holder for two bicycles or a special stand designed for transporting motocross bikes. Technical data and characteristics:
