Trailer PLI35-5521. It is a safe and proven means to transport the car to any place. With integrated overrun gangways, the transported vehicle can easily enter or go down. It is suitable for both personal (individual) and fully professional use (car workshops, roadside assistance). It is the largest car carrier with a loading capacity of 3,500 kg. The vehicle has a tilting platform with integrated overrun gangways that make up an approach angle of 11°. Overrun gangways with ramps are made of perforated and pressed sheets of the 'LOHR” type. The model is equipped with the LIGHT SIDE system, which is responsible for tilting the rear lamps, which protects them from possible damage when entering or going down the car. The overrun frame tilts by gravity.

The frame and body of the model are fully welded, which affects their strength and guarantees the reliability of the vehicle. The structure is protected by hot galvanizing, with which the steel receives a protective layer that strengthens it against mechanical damage and corrosion. The tilting ramp and drawbar of the car carrier are made of hollow sections, which gives rigidity and stability to the entire car carrier and affects its long life and trouble-free operation. The PL35-5521 car carrier has a loading capacity of 3500 kg, therefore its load capacity enables transporting goods weighing up to 2701 kilograms having a length of up to 5.5 and a width of up to 2.01 meters. The car carrier is equipped with 2 braked axles. The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers that facilitate loading and unloading the vehicle. Optionally, the car carrier can be equipped with a one- or two-way hydraulic pump. The trailer, as standard, includes a support wheel, manual 1135 kg winch, wedges for blocking trailer wheels as well as overrun and parking brakes. Optionally, it can also be equipped with floor fillings made of riffled aluminum plate or anti-slip plywood, shock absorbers for axles, an electric winch, a hydraulic pump, and wheel locks for the transported vehicle.
