Body install: 1. Fix body of the mechanism to brackets by bolts M12x25mm.
Ball fastening: 1. To install the ball in mechanism push the lever down till resistance. 2. Slip the ball into body in this way so pins if the ball will be in nests of the body. 3. Let go the lever. It should return to initial position, this means correctly installed ball in the mechanism. 4. Put safety pin through lever's hole and bracket's hole. Correctly placed safety pin.
Ball unfastening: 1.To unfasten the ball take out the safety pin. 2.Push the lever down till resistance. 3.With fast move take out the ball. Let go the lever. It should return to initial position. 4.Put plug into the body. Plugs are in accessories of the towbar with quickly demountable ending.

Before installing the hook, make sure it is prepared for this. It depends on the color of the indicator located on the handle. The indicator should be red. Otherwise, press the knob and turn it (always pressed) clockwise until it reaches its final position. The handle must remain in this position. Remove the plug that protects the inside of the housing from dirt. Make sure the inside of the case is not contaminated with dust, sand, etc. Insert the hook into the case from below so that the protruding pins are inserted into the prepared places in the case. When inserting the hook into the housing, do not touch the rotary knob. Then pull the ball towards you (the ball pins on the left and right sides must be in the housing cavities). The mechanism should automatically lock the hook, and the handle should turn so that a green color appears in the window on the handle, and the handle itself snaps off by about 5 mm. Before using the system, always check that the handle window is always set to green. Otherwise, remove the hook and start assembly from the beginning. C. The lock in the mechanism is an anti-theft device. This is not an element that affects the safety of using the system. It is safe to use the towbar without a lock if the mechanism is installed correctly in the manner described above. D. Close the mechanism lock by turning the key half a turn clockwise. Once the key is removed, it is not possible to press and turn the handle and thus the hook cannot be removed. If you can close the mechanism with the key, it means that the ball is correctly installed. The most important indicator remains the window on the handle, which should indicate green before towing begins. Be sure to remove the key from the mechanism lock before towing. The quick release system is now ready to use. Withdrawal. Always unhitch the trailer before releasing the ball and any accessories that interfere with access to the ball release mechanism. Open the mechanism lock by turning the key half a turn counterclockwise. Hold the hook with your left hand. Push down on the knob and then (the knob will be pressed all the time) turn it fully clockwise. The handle must remain in this position. The hook should come out of the housing under the action of gravity. Support the hook so that it does not fall to the floor. After removing the ball from the housing, insert the supplied plug, which protects the inside of the housing from contamination. When not in use, the hook should be stored in a safe, clean and dry place. If it is stored in a vehicle, it must be secured in such a way that it cannot move freely. A loose hook can be a threat in case of sudden braking or making any sudden maneuvers.
