A lightweight and easy-to-use trailer is the perfect solution for all lovers of two-wheeled vehicles. A specialized single-axle trailer for transporting motorcycles, with a load capacity of 580 kg. Its design is based on a stable frame resting on transverse reinforcement, to which the drawbar is welded. The trailer frame is protected from corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing with passivation, which makes it more resistant to mechanical damage. It is powder-coated in black, which gives it an elegant and modern look.
The MT-1 trailer is equipped with an easy-to-use mechanism for lifting and lowering the platform. A wheel mount is installed in the front part of the motorcycle trailer, which allows you to securely fasten the motorcycle. When designing the trailer, we also took into account the ease of its storage. Since the trailer consists of two moving parts (HALF-FOLD system), it can be easily folded in half, which makes it easier to store the trailer when not in use. Thus, it will take up much less space in the garage. The trailer folded in half has dimensions of 2325 x 1710 x 650 mm. The technical solutions used in the motorcycle trailer are protected by a patent.
The MT-1 motorcycle trailer has a LED lighting as standard. Its floor is made of corrugated aluminum sheets. The trailer has holders for attaching transport belts and wedges for locking the wheels. Trailer PLI35-5521. It is a safe and proven means to transport the car to any place. With integrated overrun gangways, the transported vehicle can easily enter or go down. It is suitable for both personal (individual) and fully professional use (car workshops, roadside assistance). It is the largest car carrier with a loading capacity of 3,500 kg. The vehicle has a tilting platform with integrated overrun gangways that make up an approach angle of 11°. Overrun gangways with ramps are made of perforated and pressed sheets of the 'LOHR” type. The model is equipped with the LIGHT SIDE system, which is responsible for tilting the rear lamps, which protects them from possible damage when entering or going down the car. The PL35-5521 car carrier has a loading capacity of 3500 kg, therefore its load capacity enables transporting goods weighing up to 2701 kilograms having a length of up to 5.5 and a width of up to 2.01 meters. The car carrier is equipped with 2 braked axles. The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers that facilitate loading and unloading the vehicle. Optionally, the car carrier can be equipped with a one- or two-way hydraulic pump.
